Emmanuel Umeji

Emmanuel Umeji (TPC IV) is an Eastern-Northern Nigerian poet and writer, currently enrolled in a BA program in Linguistics. He is the winner of the 2026 HIASFEST Star Prize, a Pushcart nominee, and an Assistant Librarian at the African Poetry Books Library at the Hill-Top Creative Arts Foundation (HCAF) in Nigeria. His work is published and forthcoming in MIZNA, Rattle Poetry, Chestnut Review, Palette Poetry, South Florida Poetry Journal, and Poetry Sango-Ota.
